Professional Life Coaching

4 Coaching Session per Month - $180

• 30-40 minutes each session
• Emails and brief phone check-ins between sessions to enhance your progress
• Continuous monitoring to be sure coaching is working for you
• Price includes an initial 90 minute collaboration session which includes a face-to-face or telephone meeting to collaborate on your goals and how we can get you there
• Prices vary depending upon length of service

Clients are expected to come with the desire for change. Together we will create a plan to make this happen. There will be homework and accountability. Be prepared to take yourself to places you never dreamed imaginable.

Brief Coaching
For those who are on the right path and could use a session or two to maintain enthusiasm
and clarity.

• $50 for a 45min session
• $75 for an hour session
• There is no 90-minute collaboration session involved with brief coaching. The client is expected to come to the session with a specific question or direction they would like to explore.
